I love fresh herbs, any fresh ingredient, really, they just take meals to the next level.
So I was really excited last fall, when my mom gave me this herb kit to try. I was so excited, promptly put it in the closet and forgot about it until I ran across it a few weeks ago while spring cleaning.
It was during that snow storm when all my garden seeds came and I was in a deep dark depression because I had seeds, but couldn’t plant. It’s like being all dressed up and no place to grow go.
The kit was all self contained and guaranteed to grow. And I’ll be darn if it they didn’t. Deputy Barney helped me plant the seeds and now enjoys sneaking bites of ‘salsa salad’, as he calls it.
This herb kit isn’t something I would have bought myself, but it is rockin’ and I think it would make a great gift if you have a person in your life to likes to grown things or cook with fresh herbs.
Simply,
Sandhill Sis

That’s dang perfect! I love it.

I’m having a hard time getting my tomato seeds started. I was hoping they’d be well on their way by now……time will tell.
Hope you’re having an awesome trip. Mimi’s on her way right now.
