For Mother’s Day I wanted three things: a fishing trip, fresh flowers and a nap.
Ben helped organize the fishing guides: two neighbors boys and our sons. They had to take a break from fishing to rid the world of dangerous wild animals, like frogs, turtles, minnows, dragon flies…you know DANGEROUS animals. I’m glad I had boys.
I kept fishing. We caught 20 total. (Thanks for asking.)

Sunday after church, they picked some flowers to add to my rose.
And let me nap all afternoon.
A simple Mother’s Day, for a simple mom.
I love my family.

I took my boys fishing too…lol .. I guess mom’s of boys have a different kind of life?…. we could do manicures, spa day, shopping trip… nah… lets go fishing! The only downside here was we had a rainy day so we all ended up soaked and cold but we had fun and caught a bunch of fish.. they were really biting!
So cool–glad you caught a bunch. It’s fun to go when they are biting.
Hey I’ve noticed you’ve been promoting me around…THANKS.

Sis–Thanks for letting us go on your mother’s day fishing trip. For future blogs could you please refer to me as Eb (like the guy on Green acres). LOL. I am glad you had a fun time fishing.
Thanks again,
Eb (aka Kaden)
10-4 Eb You’re a fine human, great fishing guide, and you’re a great shot too. Three of the best qualities I can think of. You’re welcome to go with us anytime. Thank you for the use of your pond.

[...] know I love to fish. I mean I love to fish. I must come by it honestly, while I was on my yearly mother’s day [...]
Thanks for my GREAT Mother’s Day gift. Sorry if I didn’t get my mail on time, but apparently you know how I am and you love me anyway. “M”
Your welcome. Your right, I do love you anyway.
You know what they say. ‘Mirror mirror on the wall…I am my mother after all.”
